Whitney Ullom is a somatic sexuality coach and trauma resolution guide. This special three part workshop is all about RECLAIMING your own sacred anatomy. One of the biggest things holding women back from really anchoring into their bodies, is a lack of knowledge and understanding of their anatomy. When we don’t have intimate knowledge of a part of us, it is natural to disconnect.

Kayla Brenda is a professional dancer, heels instructor, and creator of BODYLOVE: a digital sanctuary for women to connect soulfully to their bodies and feminine power via movement. 

This specific three part workshop is rooted in free flowing movement, originating from the inside and radiating out. 

No choreography for this one... just listening to the rhythms of your own beautiful body and energy. 

You will need a yoga mat, and/or a comfortable place to stretch and gently move. 

Trista Hendren founded Girl God Books in 2011 to support a necessary unraveling of the patriarchal world view of divinity. Her first book—The Girl God, a children's picture book—was a response to her own daughter's inability to see herself reflected in God. Jessie Levine is an Emotional Embodiment Coach, and a Somatic Healer. After decades of competitive gymnastics, professional dance, and yoga teaching, she found that what she was really seeking was so much less about DOING movement, and more about FEELING it.
