This is a guided audio embodiment practice to take you on a journey through archetypes of the feminine. Think of embodying archetypes like playing the role of different characters. 


In this practice you will be invited to “take the shape” of characters from dark to light, soft to scary, gentle to feisty.


You will leave this practice feeling more connected to different aspects of the feminine that may be longing to be expressed through you, and with compassion for yourself and others as you find the edges of your own comfort zone.

EMBODY PT. 2

Ready to drop into the magnetism of your body, and let your sensual energy flow freely up and out through your physical?


Kayla Brenda teaches a sensual, hot af embodied movement combination to “Say It Again” by H.E.R. 


Wearing heels for this one is optional, but a yoga mat or comfortable floor space is necessary as the movement combination takes place on the floor. Kneepads if you need them.

This combo is ferocious, powerful, and dynamic. The movement combined with the lyrics of this song will remind you of your own divinity, and bring your QUEEN energy forward.
